A: The responding text message will include; Home price, Square Footage, # of Bedrooms, # of bathrooms, Address, estimated monthly mortgage payment, and links to pictures.

A: The responding text message will arrive at your customers phone in just a few seconds.

A: Signing up is easy. Click New Agent Sign Up and fill out the registration form.

A: Yes- EvoMLS does provide Rider Signs for $5.25 each.

A: Log in to your Admin Portal and click the button Order Signs.

A: Yes- a unique sign code is needed for each property. Each sign EvoMLS provides will have a Unique Number.

A: Yes- you can reuse your signs on new properties. Simply go to your Admin. Portal and update the property information.

A: It typically takes 5-10 seconds to upload a property to EvoMLS.

A: Yes- Home Buyers will be able to access your contact details from the EvoMLS website.

A: You can contact the Listing Realtor of the property you are interested in buying by Logging into the EvoMLS website and viewing your properties. The Listing Agent for each property will be listed.

A: Click on the Home Buyer Link and sign in using the cellular number you used to view the property. After signing in you will be able to view all your properties.
